Cancellation within 72 hours of your purchase is fully refundable. After the product ships, cancellation will incur an early termination fee that is outlined in your rental agreement.

Yes — every rental includes full AED Program Management: medical direction, compliance tracking, device registration, and expiration reminders. This saves you hours of work and ensures you’re always legally compliant and rescue-ready.

Yes — pads and batteries are automatically replaced when they expire or are used. You don’t need to track anything. We do the thinking and managing for you.
